The reservation are contractual at receipt of :
- For a 7 night journey or more, a 10 % deposit is required.
- For less than a 7 night journey, the credit card number and expiring date will be considered as a guarantee.

Cancellation charges :
- If you cancel more than 3 weeks before arrival, your deposit will be refunded
- If you cancel less than 3 weeks before your arrival, your deposit will be kept up

If you do not show up :
- The booking is guaranteed till 18 H
- Every booking which is not cancelled will be charged
- For an arrival later than 18 H, please inform us beforehand

Shortened stay:
-If we are not informed the day before, a further night will be charged as if the room had been used.

Arrival / departure :
-Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of your arrival and must be vacated at 12.00 on the day of your departure. If this is not adhered to, a further night will be charged.
